Spa
Hours
The Spa desk is open from 9 AM-5 PM. The Spa's Sports Center is
open from 7 AM-11 PM. Hours may vary by season.
Spa
Reservations
We strongly recommend you schedule your spa appointments a week
in advance, and we ask that you make reservations at least 24
hours in advance. This will help us accommodate your needs. Our
professional therapists include both men and women, so if you
have a preference in the gender of your therapist please indicate
so when making your reservation. A major credit card or resort
confirmation number and telephone number is required to make a
Spa reservation. Spa treatments are subject to availability. Please
call (800) 423-1211 or (802) 333-4311.
Change
and Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify
us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full value of
your service will be charged.
Arrival
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your first
scheduled appointment. Tardy guests may have to sacrifice part
of their treatment time. Please shower before any body treatment,
such as massage or body wraps.
Age
Requirements
The use of the Spa facilities, men's and women's lounges and the
Sports Center is only for guests 16 years of age and older. Guests
under the age of 16 are welcome in the indoor pool/Jacuzzi area
only and must be accompanied by an adult. To inquire about childcare
options please contact the front desk.
Sports
Center
Our state-of-the-art Sports Center offers our guests the use of
Vision Fitness equipment including three treadmills, two elliptical
trainers, an upright fitness bike, and a semi-recumbent fitness
bike. Our five Body Solid weight machines include dual leg press/calf
extension, adjustable cable crossover, dual multi chest press,
dual leg extension/curl and a dual pulldown/midrow. Hex dumbbells
from 5-50 lbs along with two flat/incline/decline benches are
also available.
Lounges
Men's and women's private lounges include saunas, showers, changing
areas, and lockers. For your comfort, guests who have a Spa treatment
scheduled will be provided with a robe and slippers. We ask that
you please do not bring valuables into the Spa.
Medical
History
Prior to any treatment we ask that you provide us with a brief
medical history. Please inform your therapist if you have any
special physical or medical needs, conditions, allergies, or anything
that should be taken into consideration.
Spa
Boutique
The Spa Boutique will carry Jurlique, Essential Elements, and
other organic skin products. You can bring home a taste of your
Spa experience to enjoy whenever you wish.
