Terrace Ballroom: A spacious
function room with a high ceiling, large dance floor, full bar,
large picture windows overlooking Lake Morey, and access to the
Terrace Patio and lake. Capacity:

Morey Room: A large function
room featuring a large dance floor, a full bar, a raised level,
and a large stage. Capacity 180;
Rental $800.
Waterlot Room: A beautiful
function room featuring magnificent lake views, a raised stage,
a dance floor, a full bar, and direct access to Lake Morey.
Capacity 100; Rental $600.
Edgewater Room: An elegant
function room with doors opening to the shores of Lake Morey--a
perfect room for an intimate reception. Capacity
60; Rental $300.
Maple View Gardens: Beautifully
landscaped gardens located in front of the hotel, featuring a
gazebo, trellises, and a fabulous fountain and reflecting pool--a
great place for socializing and cocktails. Rental $150.
Terrace Patio: Located off
of the Terrace Ballroom, the patio offers breathtaking views of
Lake Morey. Yet another ideal spot for a cocktail or outdoor reception.

Front Lawn: This open space
is surrounded by colorful gardens. If your wedding is on the larger
side, this is might be a space to explore.
Rental $150.
Hemlock Gardens: This pleasant
setting is surrounded by flowers and hemlock trees. Capacity
200; Rental $150.
Side Gardens:
This serene space features colorful gardens and birch trees.
Rental $150.
Lakefront Patio: This picturesque mountain/lake setting is an ideal location for your wedding ceremony or cocktail reception. Rental $250
