Montshire Museum of Science: Enjoy “one of the greatest assemblages of hands-on, child-friendly exhibits ever gathered in one place,” according to the NY Times. 

King Arthur Baking: Shop, Cafe and & Baking School, always a happy treat. 

Dan & Whit’s General Store: “If we don’t have it you don’t need it.” This classic general store has a little bit of everything.

Hanover, NH & Dartmouth College: A beautiful college town offering a wide variety of shopping and dining.

Hood Museum of ArtThe Hood Museum's collections are drawn from a broad range of cultures and historical periods, located at Dartmouth College. 

Quechee Gorge & Village: Vermont’s “Little Grand Canyon” with beautiful vistas 162 feet above the Ottauquechee River. Hiking and walking trails along the mile-long chasm. 

Billings Farm & Museum: Get comfortable with the farm’s famous Jersey cows, sheep, workhorses, and oxen through family-centered activities. 

Vermont Raptor Center: Located at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, an outdoor exhibit of non-releasable owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles. VINS also features hiking trails, visitors’ center, and nature shop. 

Simon Pearce Glass: Watch the renowned, hand-blown glass and handmade pottery being created, start to finish, from a special catwalk-viewing gallery above the workspace floor. 

Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium: Located in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, featuring a planetarium, the New England Weather Center, and a large collection of natural science and artifacts from around the world.

Rock of Ages: Guided shuttle tours of the hundred-year-old quarry offer exceptional views of the 50-acre, 600-foot-deep active quarry–the world’s largest dimension granite quarry.
